3 Steps to Laser Film Success
Please read everything before you get started!
1. Check your artwork:
Is your artwork black? When you zoom in, if you can see any light/medium grey pixels or lines, your artwork may not work for screenprinting.
Is your artwork the right size? Laser film comes in A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A3 (297mm x 420mm)
Is your artwork the right file type? Please save it as a PDF:
LASERFILM_SIZE(A4 or A3)_FULLNAME(as it appears on your ID card)_STUDENTID#.pdf
eg LASERFILM_A4_MARYPOPPINS_98765432.pdf
This sample was made in Adobe Illustrator, but you could use Photoshop, or any programme, to make your PDF.
2. Email your artwork:
Send your artwork to Reprographics by 4pm the day before your screenprinting session.

Please make your email subject name the SAME as your file name

3. Check you have enough money on your account.
Payment will be taken from your Student ID card, please make sure you have enough money on your account!

Your laser film posi’s will be ready to collect from Screenprinting on the day of your session, no need to go to Reprographics!
Book your screenprinting sessions on ORB.
Please make sure you are booking a session on your allocated day(s). If you book on a day when you are not scheduled to be at LCC, you will not be able to access the workshop.◀︎ Printmaking Resources
